Plan Your Visit

When you need urgent care services, Temple ReadyCare is there for you. Temple physicians are ready to meet your needs with no appointment necessary.

Before you come to one of our three ReadyCare locations, learn more about ReadyCare versus the Emergency Department, what you should bring for your visit, and insurance coverage.

What to Bring

Before your visit to a Temple ReadyCare location, it is important that we have the best information to care for you. Please bring the following items to your visit:

  • Identification
  • Insurance card
  • Co-payment (cash, personal check, VISA/MasterCard)
  • List of current medications
  • Any other medical history that may assist our medical providers to better care for you

For patients receiving immunizations: a current and official immunization record may be required at the time of visit in order to provide service. Patients should obtain an official vaccine record from their primary care provider.

Insurance

Temple ReadyCare accepts most major insurances, including Medicare. However, you will be responsible for your co-payment, deductible and/or co-insurance. We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards (Visa/MasterCard).
